Умна и шумна, Нели умира да се върне в офиса и да се смее с колегите си. Всъщност: с подчинените си. Ръкводила е различни екипи за рекламaции, а в последните 3 години развива ITAD екипа. Кaто изчисли, че от 1 са вече 16 души се изненадва, че са станали толкова много.
Анелия Орлоева, Мgr. Customer Support, е в Ingram oт създаването на компанията в България преди около девет години. Започнала е като човек, който няма нищо общо с бизнеса.
Викат ѝ Нели, защото Ани е „заето“ – нейна близка приятелка още от училище е Анна и е запазено за нея. „Тя е по-легитимното Ани“.
Нели е любопитна и си фантазира какво може да се е случило на хората преди да стигнат до тук. Опитва се да гледа от веселата страна на живота, но много ѝ личи, когато е крива. Като мениджър е разбрала, че каквото и да правиш, „влияеш на хората с всичко“. Залага на доверието – да си и психолог, и човек, и приятел.
Шефът Анелия и човекът Анелия вървят заедно. Колегите ѝ са ѝ приятели, обсъждат живота. Още от малка бабата на Нели я оставяла в пясъчника и на връщане тя вече била завързала банда приятели. И сега е така, без пясъка.
Ужасява се от конфликти. Иска отдавна да ги е разрешила и да живее спокойно.
Като малка Нели си играела на радио – сама си била водеща и сама си била събеседник. С нейна приятелка по-късно издавали „списание“ – редували се кой да прави броя, защото „много работа“.
Като почнала да учи висше образование, работила дълго време на рецепция в хотел. Тогава се научила да общува с хората – „цяло отделно училище – oт кисели до любезни и от известни до непознати. На 18-19 години нямах ясна представа какво ще се случи с моята личност напред. Аз съм зодия Близнаци и никога не съм била от уверените в себе си деца. Любопитна съм била винаги.“
През летните ваканции в училище работила и в магазина за дрехи на баща си. Сложил я на надница, по-ниска от на истинските работници. И Нели се научила на труд, усетила свободата „да се оправяш с каквото имаш“.
Нели винаги е имала интерес към историята и чуждите езици. Искала да учи Международни отношения, но завършила Археология. 
„За съжаление, реалността за археолога не е като по филмите, професията е много трудоемка – освен да отидеш на терен, има и много административна работа, която не е за моята волна душа“.
Най-голямото ѝ археологично откритие било в Силистра – работили по Средновековен некропол. Колегите ѝ открили скелети на мъж и жена – които кръстили Ромео и Жулиета, а Нели – мъжки скелет близо до тях. Шегували се, че на нея се „паднал“ любовника.
След работата на терен завършила Културен туризъм – „Исках да правя нещо, което да показва цялото културно наследство, което имаме“. Не успяла дълго време да си намери попрището и попаднала в Ingram с доброто владеене на английски и испански.
На първата си среща в Ingram толкова очаровала холандеца Мартен, който я интервюирал, че накрая му показвала в Гугъл Тракийски съкровища. Веднага се разбрало, че ще работи с клиенти.
Започнала на 1-ви август 2012-та. Смее се, че понякога се държи в коридорите така, че всички 1100 души я познават – „А това просто не е вярно!“
Нели не е от тези, при които искрите пламват бързо – много търпелива, само баща ѝ може да я изкара извън релси. Смее се шумно. Танцува.
Зумбата е нейната страст – „един час, в който не управлявам никого и не мисля за нищо, освен за стъпките и да не си изкълча глезена“. Танцува не заради спорта, а за душата.
Пътешественик по сърце, Нели задължително ходи в Гърция на море. Ходила е и в Тайланд, и в Занзибар – с уточнението: „много преди да стане модерно.“ Мечтае отново да се сблъска с културата на друг континент.
Мисията на годината ѝ: да отиде на море. Обича го повече от планината. Като няма дъно, изпада в паника, но няма никакъв проблем с височините – на 30 години скочила с парашут.
Нели гледа на света от светлата страна. Приела е, че може и да не остави някакво значимо изобретение за света, но иска да остави следа в хората наоколо. „Някой да си каже – бе, Анелия ме научи на това!“ Засега не е успяла с кариера на писател или откривател. Но наистина иска да остави следа. И докато хората следват следата, да се смеят. „Много съм любопитна, това е истината за мен“.
The archaeologist who "got" the lover
A smart and loud girl, Neli dreams of coming back to the office and laughing with her colleagues. They’re her subordinated, actually. She has managed different claims teams and in the past 3 years, 
she has been developing the ITAD team. When she counts the number of people she’s responsible for and realizes they’ve become 16 (from only 1 in the beginning) – she is surprised.
Aneliya Orloeva, Мgr. Customer Support, has been working for Ingram since the company’s start in Bulgaria almost 9 years ago. She started as a freshman in business.
Everyone calls her “Nelly”, because “Ani” is already taken – it is “booked” for her close school friend Anna. “She’s the more legitimate Ani.”
Nelly is curious and often fantasizes about what could have happened to the people before they are who they are. She tries to look at things from the bright side and it’s obvious when she’s not in a mood. As a manager, she understands that no matter what you do, you “always influence the people around”. Nelly believes in the trust approach – to be a psychologist, a human, a friend.
The boss Aneliya and the person Aneliya go together. Her colleagues are her friends, they always discuss topics about life. When she was a little girl, her grandmother would leave her in the sandbox and later found her with a group of friends. It’s the same now. Well, without the sandbox.
Nelly is terrified when there are conflicts around. She wishes she could have solved them and start living in peace.
As a little girl Aneliya played a game as if she was a radio host – she was both the host and the guest. Later, with a friend of hers, she “issued” a magazine – they took turns editing the issues of the journal, because, says Nelly, “it’s a lot of work”!
When she started her higher education she worked at a hotel reception for a long time. Then she learned how to communicate with people – “it’s a kind of another school – how to manage the other personalities – from the sourest to the kindest one; from the most ordinary to the most famous ones. At the age of 18-19, I didn’t know what would happen to me in the future. I am Gemini and never was one of those self-confident children. I have always been curious.“
During the school summer holidays , Nelly worked for her father’s clothes shop. He hired her for a much lower wage than the other workers. So, she learned to work hard and felt the freedom to “go by with what you have”.
Nelly has always had a special interest in history and foreign languages. She wanted to study International Relations but graduated Archeology. “Unfortunately, the reality for an archeologist has nothing to do with the movies – besides working оn the excavations, there is a lot of administrative work which is not for my freedom-loving soul.”
Nelly’s most valuable archeological trove was in Silistra – they worked on a Medieval necropolis. Her colleagues found two skeletons of a man and a woman – they called them Romeo and Juliette. However, Nelly came across a man’s skeleton close to them – they joked he might have been the “lover”.
After all that stuff with the excavation works, she graduated Cultural tourism – “I wanted to do something which promoted all the cultural heritage we could offer to the world.” She couldn’t find a job for a long time then and changed the direction. She applied at Ingram due to her English and Spanish skills.
She charmed her interviewer Marten so much that they ended up the interview with Google search of Thracian treasures. They immediately understood that she would be good at working with clients.
Nelly started at Ingram on 1st August 2012. She jokes that she behaves as if all the 1100 people in the company know her – “This is just not true!”
Aneliya is not out of those people who passionately argue on a specific topic – she is very patient, although the only man that can get her out of control is her father. She has a loud laugher and loves dancing.
Zumba dancing is Nelly’s passion – “it’s an hour I manage nothing but my steps and my ankles.“ She dances not because of the sports’ advantages but because of the feeling.
A traveler in her heart, Nelly goes to the Greek seaside mandatory. She visited Thailand and Zanzibar – clarifying that she went there “a very long time before it became a modern destination”. Aneliya dreams of meeting the culture of another continent soon.
Her 2021’s mission: to go to the seaside! She loves the sea more than she loves the mountains. When Nelly doesn’t feel the bottom under her feet she panics. 
However, she has no problem with heights – for her 30th birthday, she jumped with a parachute.
Nelly looks at things from the bright side. She got used to the thought that even though she might not leave an invention for the world, she would leave a trace for the people she knows. “I would like for someone to say “well, Aneliya taught me that”. So far she hasn’t succeeded in a writer or an inventor career. But she wants to leave a trace. And once people start following it, Nelly would like to see them laughing. “I am very curious, this is the truth about myself.”
