„Най-гадно е като трябва да върнеш костюмите“ – бивша балерина, Диди не е имала амбиции да е прима – „късно се осъзнах, на 12“ – но е учила класически балет 6 години. Помни последния концерт – на площада в родната си Горна Оряховица. Обича сцената – „Само ти и тя сте. Но имаш ограничено време, ако не си започнал от много малък.“
Въпреки че и в балета намира математика – „за да стане хореографията като хората“, Диди повече намира изкуство в математиката. Затова си избрала Финансите и Финансовия мениджмънт. Винаги харесвала най-мразените дисциплини - Парична теория и парична политика и Корпоративни финанси. Това работи и в Ingram. От 3 години Диана Енчева, Accountant I, е в компанията. Сменила е три позиции – да разнообразява и да расте, а от няма ѝ седмица е поела нов път – счетоводството.
Винаги избира трудното. „Има време да е лесно“, усмихва се Диди и разказва за простичките си мечти. Малко да пътува, да види Родопите – защото никога не е ходила. Да прочете хубава книга. Четене, чистене и горчиво кафе са ѝ от страстите.
Диди чисти много. „Не съм Монк, но съм Моника от „Приятели“. А нейните си приятели понякога дори ѝ казват Мони – на галено. Като има порив, подрежда гардероба си, който и без това е изряден. Или чисти на зайчето.
От около година Диди гледа заека Бени – кръстен е на Бенямин, герой от роман на шведския писател Фредрик Бакман. „Декоративните зайци не се ядат! Не е смешно, когато ти пращат рецепти как да сготвиш домашния си любимец с картофи или с моркови“ – и отказва да приема съвети по тази тема.
По наследство Диди става рано – така е в цялото ѝ семейство. Заради Горна Оряховица е свикнала с баирите, но на по-равно в София ѝ е по-добре. От вкъщи най-много ѝ липсват родителите и Камъкът – природната забележителност на града. От София до Горна Оряховица е толкова време път, колкото до Бургас – не че е далеч, но заради неудобния транспорт. Диана е изкарала шофьорската си книжка във Велико Търново – по стръмното – а сега е готова да си купи Мини Купър или Сузуки Суифт – целта на 2021-ва.
Много иска да отиде в Лондон, минавала е оттам закратко, но харесва архитектурата, любопитна е и за крайните квартали.
Обича морето. И зумбата. Иска да е по-добра в рисуването, пеенето и готвенето, но засега не се хвали с тях. От балета ѝ останала правилната стойка и дисциплината. Организацията ѝ е силна страна. Може да подреди балета, зумбата, финансите, счетоводството, грижата за заека и за гардероба си в цял един 24-годишен живот. Диди обича трудните пътища, защото винаги има време да ѝ е лесно.
The ballerina who improved her posture and put the wardrobe in order
„Тhe worst part is when you need to return the costumes” – a former ballerina, Didi has never aspired to be a prima – “I was late for starting with the ballet at the age of 12” – anyway, she dedicated to the classic ballet 6 years of her school life. She remembers the last concert – at the central square of her hometown Gorna Oryahovitsa. She loves being on stage – “There’s only the stage and you, then. However, if you haven’t started in time – as a little child, your time spent on it is always limited.”
Although Didi can find some Maths in ballet art – “you need Maths to make the perfect choreography” – she understands art in Maths better. That is why she chose Finance and Finance Management education. Didi has always liked the university disciplines the others used to hate – Monetary theory and Monetary policy and Corporate Finance. 
That’s what she does at Ingram. She has been in the company for almost 3 years – Diana Encheva, Accountant I. Accountancy is her most recent challenge – before that she has changed 3 other positions – just to make it diverse and ensure her career growth.
Didi always chooses the hard way. “There is always enough time for it to be easy.” – she smiles and shares her simple dreams. She wants to travel, to see the Rhodopes – she has never been there. She is passionate about reading books, tidying up and drinking black coffee.
Didi cleans the house a lot. “I am not like Monk, but I look a lot like Monica from the F.R.I.E.N.D.S. series”. Her friends sometimes even call her Moni – for short. She puts her wardrobe in order on a whim, although it’s tidy anyway. Plan B: she takes care for cleaning the rabbit’s cage.
Didi has a rabbit for a year now – Beni – he’s named after Benyamin – a hero from a novel of the Swedish writer Fredrick Backman. „Decorative rabbits are not for eating! 
It’s not funny when everyone sends me recipes for cooking my bunny with potatoes or carrots!” – she refuses any advice on the topic.
As a tradition in her family, Didi is an early bird. She is used to living in a hilly аrea, but now she feels good while living down to earth in Sofia. She misses most her parents and The Stone – the landscape of Gorna Oryahovitsa. The distance from Sofia to her hometown is not long, but the road is not a highway, so it takes almost as long as travelling to the sea – Burgas. Diana got her driving license in Veliko Tarnovo – over the hills – and now she is ready to buy a Mini Cooper or a Suzuki Swift – her goal for 2021.
She wants to go to London. Didi went there for just a while and likes the architecture there and is quite curious about what the suburbs look like.
Didi loves the sea and Zumba classes. She would like to be better at painting, singing, and cooking, but for now she is not proud of her skills. From the ballet she took the right posture and the respect for discipline. She’s a master of the organizational skills. Diana is a talented organizer: up to now, she has managed to find a place about the ballet, the Zumba classes, Finance, Accountancy, the rabbit, and the clean wardrobe in all her 24-year-old life. Didi enjoys the hard road because she will always have time to make it easier.
