По пътя Сабина Върбанова, Associate III, Customer Support, винаги е с кафе в чашата си на фламинго. Тогава е най-щастлива. Стяга си багажа за 15 минути, но понякога дълго го държи неразопакован на връщане. Кафе, сандвичи и музика. Много музика: от Куин и Металика, през Ъпсурт до народна музика с модерно звучене.
Саби обича България. Заедно с бъдещия ѝ съпруг развиват родолюбив проект – снимат хубави места и разказват за тях. Искат да върнат любовта към България. Той снима професионално. Тя – не.
Работят и върху свой продукт – природен сироп от бъзак – черен бъз за подсилване на имунитета. Сами си го набрали – „расте на места с чист въздух“, разказва Саби – обрулили го, „малко пипкава работа“ и след това грижливо го затворили в буркани по специална рецепта. Ако се е получило добре, вървят към мечтата: собствен бизнес и къща на морето. 
Сабина е любопитна, умее да слуша и да те разбере. „Давам съвети всякакви“, смее се Саби. Верен приятел.
Ако не ти каже, че е имала трудно детство, няма да заподозреш. Не се оплаква, не драматизира. До 10-годишната си възраст Саби вече е била загубила и двамата си родители.
От малка е разбрала две неща: че семейството е най-важно и че по-добре с усмивка. „Не сме вечни и не знаеш какво ще стане, но със сигурност има нещо малко, което може да ти донесе радост точно сега“. Саби пази плюшената играчка-панда, с която разбрала, че Дядо Коледа не съществува. Хванала в крачка майка си да я оставя на стола. Мило ѝ е това време.
Саби обича щастливия край в приказките и филмите. Избрала бъдещия си съпруг по това, че „пое риск да смени Варна със София заради мен, без дори да знае дали ще бъдем заедно“. Няколко месеца по-късно се сгодили. Във Варна.
Много обича да рисува, ходила е малко на уроци, повечето е талант. Рисува във всякакви настроения, има материали, идеи и вдъхновение – „хвана ли четката, лесно се уединявам.“ Саби с мерак рисува, когато е специално за някого, защото знае, че произведенията остават и след човека. 
Като дърветата. Още не е отглеждала нито едно, но е замислила да засади при баба си смокиня и бреза – любимото дърво на майка ѝ.
Саби обича да чете. Всичко. Може би без историческа литература, колкото и да е родолюбец.
Не помни дати. Но от около две години и половина е с бъдещия си съпруг и от около две години и два месеца – в Ingram. Много ѝ било трудно да обясни на приятелка на баба си какво работи, но накратко: „рециклираме стара техника – хем да е по стандартите, хем, ако има информация, тя да не бъде загубена и някой да не се възползва от нея“. Свръзва се клиентите, с логистични компании, партньори, след това отчита всичко в доклади. Харесва ѝ – и компанията, и хората, и отношението към хората.
Саби има и недостатъци. Не е добра да се мотивира да тренира, да ограничи сладкото и тестото. Прекалява понякога и с работата. „Осъзнавам, че не е нормално шефът ти да ти каже: поспри се малко!“
Търпелива е и се гордее. 
Влече я балансът във всичко. Не иска много, и малкото ѝ носи щастие. Толкова.
Сабина Върбанова обича и може да рисува. Добър слушател и пътешественик с кафе. Винаги избира да вижда хубавото, въпреки че е срещала и лошо. Саби почти е изобретила природен сироп, който да дава сили на хората. И скоро ще засади бреза – в името на доброто старо време и на бъдещето.
The birch of life
Sabina Varbanova, Associate III, Customer Support, always travels with a flamingo mug with her favorite coffee. These are her happiest moments. She usually packs her luggage for 15 minutes. However, upon arrival, it may stay unpacked for a long time. Coffee, sandwiches and music. Lots of music: from Queen and Metallica to Upsurt (a Bulgarian rap group) and modern folklore music.
Sabi loves Bulgaria. Together with her fiancé they work on a patriotic project – they make photos of beautiful nature landscapes and tell stories about them. They would like to attract love back to Bulgaria. He is the one with the professional photography eye. She is the amateur. 
Together they have invented a product – a homemade elderberry syrup – it is supposed to stimulate immunity. They picked the elderberry on their own. “It grows only where there is fresh air”, Sabi says. They shook it down, “it is a little bit of a sluggish task”, and then they closed the syrup in jars following a special recipe. If it’s good, they’ll keep working for their dream: a family business and a house at the seacoast.
Sabi is curious, a good listener – she listens with understanding. “I can give you whatever advice you want”, she laughs. A trustworthy friend.
You would never guess that she had difficult periods in her childhood, unless she decides to share. She neither complains, nor dramatizes. By her 10th birthday, she had lost both her parents.
Since she was a very little girl, she has realized two basic life principles: “Number one in my life is the family.” and “It’s always better with a smile”. „No one is eternal and we never know what will happen. However, there is something that can bring you joy for sure.” Sabi loves her plush panda – when she caught her mother red-handed, leaving the panda on the chair, Sabi realized that Santa Clause didn’t exist. She feels sentimental about all these memories.
Sabi believes in happy endings in fairy tales and in movies. She chose her fiancé intuitively once he “took a risk to move from Varna to Sofia, even though he didn’t know if we would be together.” Just several months later they got engaged. In Varna.
Sabi loves painting – she attended just a few classes but most of her talent is innate. She can paint in all her moods, she has materials, ideas and inspiration – “as long as I have a brush in my hand, I easily gets into the mood.” Sabi draws with a passion, especially when the painting is for someone special – she knows that art outlives the human. So do trees. She hasn’t planted a tree yet, but she has planned to invest in a fig and in a birch - her mother’s favorite one.
Sabi loves reading all kinds of literature – maybe the only exception is historical literature, regardless of the fact that she is a patriot.
Sabina is not good at remembering dates. It’s been around two years and a half since she got together with her boy and about two years and two months since she’s been working for Ingram. It was very difficult for her to explain to a friend of her grandmother’s what exactly she worked. In short: “our team deals with recycling technology behind its times – we aim to eliminate it both according to the standards and to prevent loss or misuse of information, if there is any chance.” 
She communicates with clients, logistic companies, partners, then she summarizes all the information in reports. Sabi likes the company, the team, the people-centric approach.
Of course, Sabina has some weaknesses. For example, she is unable to motivate herself to work out, to limit the carvings and the pastry. Sometimes she is overloaded with work – “I realize it’s not healthy to reach a level where your manager makes you stop working, but it happens.”
Sabi is patient and she’s proud of this. Balance is her thing. She doesn’t dream of having everything in the world – just a few small things to make her soul happy. That’s it.
Sabina Varbanova loves painting and practices it very well. She’s a good listener with a cup of coffee. Sabi always chooses the bright side of things, although she has seen some darkness in her early life. She almost invented a bio syrup which energizes people and soon she’s about to plant a birch – for the sake of good old times and the future.
