About us

The PCG Team is a centralized team located in Sofia, Bulgaria, and provides support for all European countries. Established in 2014, it has proven a reliable partner for Ingram Micro partners all over Europe. PCG stands for Partner Connectivity Group, which describes part of the services the team covers.

These include but are not limited to:               

• Partner Queries - First point of contact for our partners after successful integration. Technical translation, follow-up and external communication handling to  provide an excellent partner experience.
• Connectivity - AS2 or SSL/TLS certificate updates, changes of partner's communication addresses (IP or URL), and other AS2/HTTPS/SFTP connectivity related topics;               
• Data Quality - Ensuring proper data flow from and to Ingram Micro's partners, analyze and troubleshoot messages, investigating internal processes to ensure data quality is maintained.
