On Feb. 28, 2020, we will transition our API services to Apigee, an API management platform. Along with this change comes the launch of our newly redesigned Partner Central API developer portal.
You asked for speed and performance? You got it. You asked for a slicker, more intuitive UX experience? You got it.
IMPORTANT
Please make the following changes for uninterrupted API calls.
Developer Account
Your account has migrated to the new platform. You must set up a new password any time after Feb. 29, 2020. Reset password?
Your API Apps
All of your apps have migrated to the new platform. Your APIs will continue to work the same, no change. Please log in to your account any time after Feb. 29, 2020 and confirm your apps and their API keys.
Security Certificate
The new certificate will be effective Feb. 28, 2020. If you have stored our certificate in your trust store/registry or using certificate verification to connect, please click here to download the latest CA certificate and add it to you trust stores.
Auth Token Expiry
For the security of your information, we are changing the token expiry to 24 hours instead of 14 days. This change will take effect on May 31, 2020.
TLS Ciphers
Please upgrade to TLS 1.2 at your earliest convenience. The relaunch will continue to support TLS versions 1.0 and 1.1 until May 31, 2020.
Auth Token URL
Change the auth token URL to https://api.ingrammicro.com/oauth/oauth20/token?client_id=YourID&client_secret=yourSecret&grant_type=client_credentials. The relaunch will continue to support the old URL until May 31, 2020.
