Ingram Micro Integrated Partners Scheduled Systems Maintenance

Ingram Micro is performing scheduled system maintenance on May 10th across several time segments.

During this maintenance period:

1) May 10th  00:00 CET – 06:00 CET

All Inbound EDI, API & XML transactions may experience intermittent short outages during this period.  Any failed inbound requests to Ingram will need to be resent.

Outbound EDI, API & XML transactions will be processed periodically during this maintenance period.

2) May 10th 06:00 CET – May 10th 15:00 CET

Inbound API, XML, and RosettaNet XML transactions will fail and need to be resent after the maintenance timeframe.

Inbound EDI transactions will queue and be processed after the maintenance timeframe.

Outbound EDI, API, XML, and RosettaNet transactions will be processed after all maintenance is complete.
