Ingram Micro Order Management API Downtime

Due to maintenance activities the Order Management API will be unavailable at the specified time. This affects all order create/cancel/modify messages on V5 and V6 reseller APIs.

 
There will be an API integration solution outage for order related functions on Friday 4/15/22 starting at 3:00AM CEST– Saturday 4/16/22 10:00PM CEST. Any order related APIs sent to Ingram Micro during this time will fail and need to re-submitted after the outage.

On Sunday 4/17/22 there may be intermittent outages for order related functions between 7:00PM CEST – 10:00PM CEST.  Any order related API’s that fail during this time will need to re-submitted after this duration.
